Upon Receipt of Your Order...

ParsonsKellogg will review our checklist to make sure we have the information we need and reach out with any questions.

Once We Have It All...

ParsonsKellogg will first match your brand’s PMS color to thread color to ensure we’re as close as we can get to your brand’s colors. Then, we will digitize the art files you send us, transforming the artwork into a DST (Data Stitch Tajima) file that is compatible with embroidery machines.

At this point, we create a “sew out” of your logo, and send to you for review. Here is what a sew out looks like.


Typically, customers receive a sew out of the embroidery files by email within 3-4 business days after receipt of artwork and PMS Colors.

Once You Receive the Sew Out...

Contact PK to make any changes to the logo or personalizations. Otherwise, send an email approving the artwork to our team.

Now That You’ve Approved...

We can get started! You will be provided with an estimated ship date at this time. Typically, once a sew out is approved, we start the production process for the items within 1 business day.
